Malloryismyagent is seeking a friendly Receptionist – State Farm Agent Team Member in Smithville, TN. This full-time role focuses on greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries with a professional, customer-first approach.

You will maintain records, support insurance discussions when appropriate, and assist the team with administrative tasks. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Recruiter and Account Manager, experiences that helped me develop a passion for building relationships, developing talent, and helping others succeed.

I graduated from Belmont University, where I played Division I golf, and today my husband is a valued member of our agency team. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, traveling, and spending time with our two sons.
