Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Managing Director to lead its Insurance Managed Services practice. This executive will shape strategy and growth, building scalable, technology-enabled services for insurers.

You will partner with industry leadership and cross-functional teams to develop offerings, drive recurring revenue, and ensure high-value client delivery across underwriting, policy administration, claims, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in insurance, managed services, or related delivery.
• Deep knowledge of insurance operations and enabling technologies.
• Proven success in building and scaling managed services offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for Insurance Managed Services.
• Identify functions for managed services and define scalable delivery models.
• Lead transition from projects to long‑term managed services relationships.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Establish governance, KPIs, SLAs, and performance frameworks.
• Grow recurring revenue and go-to-market opportunities with insurance clients.
