Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• 5+ years of financial statement auditing experience in a professional services firm, preferably life sciences, technology and/or manufacturing.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong management, analytical, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team delivering audit and assurance services.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to understand goals and challenges.
• Develop testing to assess internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Manage all fieldwork to ensure quality and timely results.
