Insurance Litigation Associate | New Jersey | 3+ Years | $154,000+

AJ Chambers are delighted to be working with a well established full service law firm seeking a Litigation Associate / Insurance Litigation Associate with 3+ years of litigation experience to join its respected insurance practice in New Jersey.

This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator looking to develop or expand their experience in insurance coverage, insurance disputes and insurance litigation while working alongside experienced attorneys on substantive matters.

The firm is open to strong general litigators who have the core litigation skills required for the role, even where direct insurance experience is limited. Insurance coverage experience is preferred but not required.

The successful candidate will handle substantive litigation matters, work directly with senior attorneys and take increasing responsibility for their own cases.

Practice Focus

The role provides exposure to insurance litigation and insurance coverage matters, including:

• Insurance litigation
• Coverage analysis
• Insurance policy interpretation
• Coverage opinions
• First party and third party coverage matters
• Insurance related commercial litigation

Candidates with broader commercial litigation, civil litigation or general litigation experience who are interested in developing an insurance practice are encouraged to apply.
