Responsibilities

• Handle complex insurance coverage and litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft coverage opinions, pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Manage discovery, including depositions and expert witness coordination.
• Represent clients at court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.
• Analyze coverage issues involving commercial general liability, professional liability, excess and specialty lines, and other insurance products.
• Collaborate with partners on high-profile domestic and international matters.
• Develop direct client contact and counseling responsibilities.

Our firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage/ Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney to join our highly regarded New York office. We are looking for attorneys with 2-9+ years of experience handling complex insurance coverage, insurance defense, and commercial litigation matters.

What You'll Do

• Handle complex insurance coverage and litigation matters from inception through resolution
