You’ll work closely with experienced partners and clients, contributing to case strategy and substantive legal work while building your own expertise within a collaborative practice. What you’ll be doing

• Managing complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal.
• Drafting substantive briefs, pleadings, motions, memoranda and case analyses.
• Managing written and document discovery, preparing for and conducting depositions, and working with expert witnesses.
• Engaging directly with clients, opposing counsel and other key stakeholders.
• Analysing complex insurance coverage and extra-contractual disputes, including preparing coverage opinions and related assessments.
