• 2+ years of relevant experience for PA, NJ, Dallas, and Houston opportunities.
• 4+ years of relevant experience for Washington, DC opportunities.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing litigation matters and deadlines.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader litigation team.

Responsabilités

Candidates may have experience in insurance coverage, insurance defense, or a combination of both, including:

• Insurance coverage analysis and disputes
• Coverage opinions and related advisory work
• Declaratory judgment actions
• General liability and insurance defense litigation
• Commercial and complex civil litigation
• Pleadings and substantive motion practice
• Written discovery and document review
• Taking and defending depositions
• Mediations and settlement negotiations
• Trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
• Working directly with insurers, insureds, and other clients
• Independently managing an active caseload

Candidate Profile
