Job summary

Padmore Global Connections LLC is seeking an IN-IDOI-Renewal Coordinator to handle licensing renewal and reinstatement workflows for resident and non-resident insurance producers and agencies in Indiana. The role involves evaluating applications, verifying background documents, and ensuring compliance with state rules.

The position interfaces with the IDOI Enforcement Division and multiple vendor systems to process renewals, reinstatements, and related forms, with a focus on accurate eligibility

Responsibilities

• Process license renewal and reinstatement applications and review background documents.
• Determine candidate eligibility for renewal of licenses per state laws and policies.
• Collaborate with Enforcement Division, Vertafore/Sircon, NIPR, FINRA, and other departments to verify qualifications.
• Utilize MyCase.in, gov, NIPR Attachments Warehouse, I-Site, Sircon for States, e-PAL, INBlZ, FINRA BrokerCheck and other databases during renewal reviews.
• Assist with CE-related extensions and exemptions and back up receptionist duties as needed.
