Bridge Specialty Group seeks an Inside Sales Specialist to expand our retail agent relationships and drive new submissions, quotes and bind orders by phone. You will participate in training to become a top insurance professional and support sales initiatives across the territory.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, with excellent time management, a strong phone presence, and proficiency in MS Office. This role may involve driving and requires an MVR check and insurance coverage maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to retail agents to drive new opportunities and submit quotes.
• Report weekly sales call results and educate customers on quoting platforms.
• Drive daily submission goals and coordinate with marketing to maximize opportunities.
• Assist underwriters and maintain agent relationships; pursue personal development.
