Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to handle inbound calls and warm leads, helping customers select the right insurance coverages and products to become policyholders. Training starts remotely with licensing included for many candidates.

You will join a dynamic Contact Center Sales Organization with paid training, flexible schedules, and strong earning potential through base salary plus commissions.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• Represent the Liberty Mutual brand to customers, ensuring products meet individual needs and building trust.
• Work from home with a professional setup and maintain required licensing and continuous training.
