Bridge Specialty Group seeks an Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to launch a career in the insurance industry, with a strong interest in sales, customer service, and professional development.

You will play a key role in expanding our operation by building customer relationships and supporting sales initiatives as you participate in a 24-month training program, designed to increase new submissions, quotes, binders, and premiums by phone.

Qualifications

• P&C license within 90 days of employment is required or expected.
• Strong time management and a proactive, self-motivated approach are essential.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with retail agents and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to retail agents to drive new opportunities and convert leads to submissions.
• Educate customers on quoting platforms and services.
• Drive daily submissions goals and relay information to the marketing team to maximize opportunities.
• Review web and phone quoting activities to spot trends and address them with customers and team.
• Establish active relationships with territory sales executives and participate in training and strategy discussions.
• Assist underwriters to place business and pursue personal/professional development.
