Job summary

Pronto Insurance is looking for a Sales Agent to sell products and services while maintaining customer satisfaction. The role involves selling through resellers within a designated territory and engaging in grassroots marketing activities. Applicants will receive assistance obtaining their insurance license, and paid training is provided.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, one year of sales or customer service experience, and strong communication skills. Bilingual proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year sales or customer service experience.
• Must be able to help customers, provide information, and process payments quickly and attentively in a friendly positive manner.
• Must be able to type and use a computer to capture data.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for selling company products/services through resellers/channels in assigned territory.
• Maintains healthy relationships with customers and ensures complete customer satisfaction.
• Ensure cold calls are being done on applications generated from events.
