Job summary

Bridge Specialty Group is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The role focuses on outbound calls to retail agents, driving new opportunities, and supporting sales initiatives through a 24‑month training program designed to build top insurance professionals.

You will expand our customer relationships, help secure new and renewal business, and participate in the USLI 50/50 Sales training program while increasing submissions, quotes, and premiums by phone.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, independent with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management and a proactive phone manner.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (PowerPoint & Excel).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to retail agents to drive new opportunities and convert leads.
• Educate customers on quoting platforms and services.
• Drive daily submission goals and relay trends to marketing.
• Review web/phone quoting activity to identify positive/negative trends.
• Maintain active relationships with sales executives and discuss strategy.
• Assist underwriters to place business and resolve agent issues.
• Pursue ongoing personal and professional development.
