You will build customer relationships, drive submissions and quotes, and support sales initiatives via calls. The 24‑month training program aims to increase new submissions, quotes, binders, and premiums, with licensing required within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, independent with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and phone-demeanor.
• MS Office proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to retail agents to drive opportunities and convert leads to submissions.
• Educate customers on quoting platforms and services.
• Drive daily submissions goals and relay information to marketing.
• Review web/phone quoting activities to spot trends and address them.
• Establish relationships with sales territory and discuss strategy and training.
• Resolve agent issues as they arise.
• Assist underwriters to place business.
