ADP, Inc. is hiring an Insurance Consultant in a hybrid role, combining three days in the office with two days remote. This front-line service position emphasizes customer support, issue resolution, and client training with no sales duties.

You will resolve client questions on coverage and rates, research and advise on complex issues, and continuously improve knowledge of ADP insurance products. A license within 60 days and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Property - Casualty license must be obtained within 60 days of employment.
• College degree is not required but helpful.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and resolve complex client issues with knowledge of ADP insurance products.
