Job summary

Everpure, a data platform leader, is seeking a Principal of Business Development for Insurance within Financial Services. You will own the sub-vertical strategy, bookings targets, and partner alliances, spanning Property & C&C, Life & Annuities, and Reinsurance.

You will drive joint GTM motions with resellers and hyperscaler partners to accelerate pipeline and revenue. This role blends technology and market needs, addressing claims modernization, actuarial analytics, regulatory reporting

Qualifications

• Proven success leading strategic business development or alliances in technology and insurance domains.
• Experience with insurance carriers' core systems, actuarial and claims workflows, and regulatory needs (Solvency II, IFRS 17, GDPR).
• Ability to influence partners and internal teams across geographies and functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pipeline & Financial Performance: Own booking targets and financial performance for the sub vertical by developing and executing a multi-year strategic growth plan.
• Define the Insurance Value Proposition: Define and articulate the value proposition for Insurance to drive growth and establish Everpure as the industry leader.
• Architect & Execute Joint GTM Plans: Author and launch strategic go-to-market plans with priority partners, aligning internal cross-functional teams to unlock high-potential Insurance customer accounts and activate new revenue streams.
• Orchestrate Strategic Alliances: Orchestrate strategic vertical alliances and operationalize relationships with key partners to secure reference architectures and joint go-to-market motions.
• Enable and Mobilize the Partner Ecosystem: Equip sales teams and partners with the tools, training, and go to market guides to position and sell vertical solutions, including regulatory and data compliance details.
• Drive Joint Demand Gen & Thought Leadership: Act as a spokesperson for the sub vertical vision in customer meetings, events, and media opportunities; build credibility around intelligent data foundations and enterprise AI adoption in Insurance.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from any office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
