Job summary

Everpure seeks a Senior Insurance Manager to lead our global corporate insurance and risk-transfer program, protecting enterprise value as we scale operations. Reporting to the Corporate Treasurer, you will own the global insurance portfolio and drive capital-efficient strategies across multiple risk domains.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, HR, and other functions to optimize risk, manage renewals, and ensure the insurance strategy evolves with the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive corporate insurance, risk management, or brokerage experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead global insurance strategy across property, casualty, financial, and specialty lines.
• Lead end-to-end renewals with exposure analysis, submissions, market negotiations, structure, and issuance.
• Develop risk-financing strategy including self-insurance, retention, and alternative risk-transfer structures.
• Manage trade credit insurance in partnership with Credit and Finance.
• Assess exposures across supply chain, inventory, and logistics to close coverage gaps.
• Set contractual risk-transfer standards in collaboration with Legal.
• Oversee claims, loss prevention and risk engineering to improve insurability.
• Evaluate emerging risks related to strategic initiatives and expansion.
