Job summary

Risk & Regulatory Consulting seeks a Growth Principal to build our business development, marketing and growth initiatives. You will work directly with the Co-CEOs and practice leaders to translate our strong regulator and insurer reputation into measurable pipeline across state departments and carriers.

This hybrid role is based in Greater Hartford, with 2–3 days in the office. You will craft campaigns, manage CRM systems, and collaborate with leadership on GTM strategy to drive growth and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B growth or marketing leadership
• Experience in insurance/actuarial/consulting
• Proven pipeline building and complex wins
• Strong writing and presentation skills
• CRM and marketing automation experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and growth initiatives
• Own CRM, marketing campaigns and content
