Job summary

Everpur​e seeks a Principal, Business Development: Insurance within Financial Services. You will own the Insurance sub-vertical, set strategy, drive bookings, and orchestrate joint GTM motions with top partners to accelerate revenue growth.

In a primarily in-office environment with hybrid work and 25–40% travel across NAM, you will align cross-functional teams, address regulatory and data-compliance needs (Solvency II, IFRS 17, GDPR), and enable partners to drive demand and close deals.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of insurance carriers' core systems, actuarial and claims workflows, cloud economics, and regulatory needs (Solvency II, IFRS 17, GDPR).
• Ability to influence across product, sales and engineering teams in a global, multi-cultural environment.
• Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pipeline & Financial Performance: manage sub-vertical targets and multi-year growth plan.
• Define the Insurance Value Proposition: articulate value to drive growth and leadership in the market.
• Architect & Execute Joint GTM Plans: launch partner-driven go-to-market motions across ecosystems.
• Orchestrate Strategic Alliances: secure reference architectures and joint sales motions with key partners.
• Enable and Mobilize the Partner Ecosystem: train and enable sales teams and partners on insurance solutions and regulatory sizing.
• Drive Joint Demand Gen & Thought Leadership: represent the sub-vertical in meetings, events, and analyst briefings.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from any office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
