Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to expand client assets and deepen existing relationships in a dynamic financial services environment. The role emphasizes proactive client engagement, financial planning, and securities guidance aligned with regulatory standards.

The position requires strong communication skills, detail orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively with partners across the branch network. Leadership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in financial services sales and service
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organized with attention to detail
• Self-starter, problem solver and team player
• Licenses: SIE, Series 7 and 66 (or 7+63/65)
• Mortgage loan origination registration required before referrals

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new clients to bring in new assets
• Deepen PWM and Retail client relationships through financial planning
• Respond to referrals and introductions from business partners
• Recommend offerings based on client profiling and suitability assessments
• Make securities recommendations and provide investment advice using firm models
• Refer opportunities to segment partners and assist in cross-selling
• Acquire new clients by converting referral leads
• Manage client follow-up and comply with regulatory procedures
• Ensure KYC/AML and other compliance requirements are followed
• Partner with branch teams to provide a positive in-branch experience
• Assess and manage risk and protect client assets
• Coach and train new recruits
• Lead teams in formal or informal capacities
