Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced outside B2B sales professional to develop and execute targeted plans for business insurance and employee health & benefits. You will coordinate services for assigned accounts and drive timely renewals, while aligning offerings with client needs.

The role emphasizes an assertive yet consultative approach and collaboration within the Sales team, with a preference for a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience and familiarity with MS Office and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Outside B2B selling experience with a proven track record
• Midmarket experience (100-1000 employees)
• Professional, collaborative approach with a positive attitude
• Assertive yet consultative approach
• BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an individual sales plan for business insurance, employee health & benefits, or private client services products
• Coordinate service of assigned accounts
• Deliver renewals on a timely basis
• Secure quotes when necessary
• Align MMA offerings with client needs
• Work as part of the Sales team
