Job summary

Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Professional to drive new business and manage renewals in a hybrid environment.

You will leverage Salesforce and Microsoft tools to execute strategic sales activities, build long-term client relationships, and collaborate with Client Service to optimize renewal opportunities. A P&C or Life/Health license is required, along with 2–5 years in insurance sales.

Qualifications

• State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License.
• 4-year Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or related area of study.
• 2-5 years in an insurance sales role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated skills in analytics and internal/external communication.

Responsibilities

• Meets established sales quotas on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Utilizes Trucordia tools to execute cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations to close new business.
• Acts as subject matter expert to master chosen area of focus for highest probability of long-term success.
• Continually manages a book of business to support high renewal rates.
• Collaborates with Client Service to analyze renewal business and place new business accounts.
• Follows Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices, including proper use of Trucordia tools and sales management platform.
