Job summary

Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a results-oriented Insurance Sales professional for a hybrid office in the Lancaster area. You will meet quotas, leverage Trucordia tools, and manage a growing book of business to drive new and renewal revenue.

The role requires a state license in P&C or Life/Health, a 4-year degree, 2–5 years in insurance sales, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License.
• 4-year Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or related area of study.
• 2-5 years in an insurance sales role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated skills in analytics and internal/external communication.

Responsibilities

• Meets established sales quotas on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Uses Trucordia tools to perform cold calls, in-person appointments, and presentations to close new business.
• Acts as subject matter expert to maximize long-term success in focus area.
• Manages a book of business to support high renewal rates.
• Collaborates with Client Service to analyze renewal business and place new accounts.
• Follows Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices.
