Job summary

Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking an experienced insurance sales professional to join our growing nationwide brokerage. You will meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas, using our sales tools to prospect, present, and close new business while maintaining a strong renewal book.

Qualified candidates hold a state-issued P&C license, 5+ years in insurance sales, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce; strong analytics and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a State-issued Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License.
• 5+ years in an insurance sales role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Suite) and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated analytics and internal/external communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meets established sales quotas on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Utilizes Trucordia sales and marketing tools to execute results-oriented activities such as cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations to close new business.
• Acts as subject matter expert to master chosen area of focus for highest probability of long-term success.
• Continually manages a book of business to support high renewal rates.
• Collaborates with Client Service to analyze renewal business and place new business accounts.
• Follows Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices, including proper use of Trucordia tools and sales management platform.
