Lone Star Insurance Store LLC in McKinney, TX is seeking a friendly Customer Contact Specialist / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the team. You will greet clients in person, over the phone, and via email, and help maintain client records in our agency systems.

This fast-paced, customer-first role requires clear communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a busy office. Insurance industry experience or a Texas license is a plus, and proficiency with Microsoft Office is

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance management software.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
• Insurance industry experience or a Texas insurance license is a plus.
