Allstate’s National General division seeks a Direct Sales Agent Specialist who will drive growth by acquiring new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building a strong local book of business.

You will work to understand customer needs, deliver tailored insurance solutions, and develop community relationships through local partners and events, using phone and in-person outreach to meet goals.

Qualificações

• 0-2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations.
