Auto Club Enterprises, a premier AAA club, seeks a Claims Litigation Attorney to represent policyholders and the Exchange in all legal proceedings, including trials and arbitrations. You will defend uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, subrogation actions, and related matters, while advising business units with legal research and opinions.

The role requires JD and 4–6 years of insurance defense experience, strong knowledge of insurance contracts, and a solid track record in trial

Qualifications

• JD required with 4–6 years of insurance defense experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance contracts.
• Insurance defense experience preferred.
• Familiarity with trial procedures and evidence rules.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable DMV record.

Responsabilités

• Analyzes cases to determine facts and develop strategies for defense.
• Identifies liability and exposure for policyholders and the Exchange.
• Develops discovery plans and motions; handles written discovery, subpoenas, depositions, and witness statements.
• Prepares for trials, mediations, and arbitrations as needed.
• Researches and drafts trial, appellate briefs; argues motions in lower courts.
