Allstate Insurance Co. is seeking a Senior Trial Attorney to defend insureds and the company in bodily injury and property damage lawsuits, including hearings, arbitrations, and occasional trials, while coordinating with multiple legal teams.

The role requires California licensure and a proven ability to handle complex disputes under pressure. The successful candidate will have 4+ years of litigation experience, first or second chair trial exposure, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and

Qualifications

Requires Juris Doctorate and active California State Bar membership.
Strong litigation skills including strategy development, legal research, and advocacy.

Responsibilities

Represent insured individuals and the Company in defense of bodily injury and property damage lawsuits.
Prepare and conduct hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions.
Draft and present pre- and post-trial motions.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to manage calendars and workloads.
Provide counsel to business clients on day-to-day legal matters.
Monitor laws and case law to advise on impact to business units.
