Qualifications

• Active Texas or Florida bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of insurance defense or closely related litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and deposition skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently with appropriate support.
• Insurance defense firm background strongly preferred.

• Defend first-party insurance claims through all stages of litigation.
