BCG Attorney Search in Tampa, FL seeks an Insurance Defense Attorney with 2–4 years of litigation experience to join a supportive, collaborative firm. You will manage cases from inception through resolution, draft pleadings and motions, conduct depositions, perform legal research, and coordinate with clients, carriers and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• 2-4 years of litigation experience, with insurance defense experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, and drafting substantive motions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and case management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-oriented practice.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
