Confidential Employer in Denver, CO is seeking an on-site litigation attorney to manage matters from initial analysis through trial and appeal, handling depositions and complex insurance-related disputes, while working directly with clients and developing independent judgment.

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Colorado with 3+ years of litigation experience; insurance defense experience is strongly preferred. The team emphasizes collaboration and smart technology use.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 3+ years of litigation experience required.
• Insurance defense or insurance-related litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Deposition, motion practice, and court hearing experience preferred.
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Location

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Denver, Colorado. Our attorneys work together in the office five days per week, creating a highly collaborative environment with direct access to colleagues and resources.

Note

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Colorado and have 3+ years of litigation experience. Insurance-related litigation experience is strongly preferred, including coverage disputes, personal injury, premises liability, bad faith, or first- and third-party claims.
