You will handle sophisticated coverage matters, high-exposure claims, and complex litigation while building a long-term career with one of the most respected firms in the insurance industry.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar membership.
• 2-7+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and client relationships effectively.
• Insurance coverage experience is highly desirable.
• First-party and/or third-party insurance coverage litigation experience preferred, but not required.
• Motivated self-starter with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance coverage and litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, coverage analyses, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy.
• Handle discovery, depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Analyze complex coverage questions and advise clients on risk management and claims handling issues.
• Collaborate with experienced litigators on high-profile and high-exposure matters.
• Participate in trial preparation and case development.
