• Experience with case management software and e-filing in state and federal courts.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks and deadlines and maintain an updated case list.
• Prepare pleadings and notices; draft filings for state and federal courts.
• Prepare simple binders for hearings or depositions and manage efiling.
