Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably in Insurance Defense.
• Strong familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and court system.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare case-specific documents and manage case files.
• Schedule hearings, depositions, and meetings.
• Track legal deadlines to ensure attorneys are prepared.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and judicial assistants.
• Provide general office and administrative support.
