Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced litigation attorney in Georgia to handle all stages of civil litigation, from case initiation through trial. You will draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and discovery documents, and conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

You will perform in-depth legal research, provide strategic analysis, and manage multiple active files and deadlines while communicating effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Active Georgia Bar membership is required.
• Admission to Georgia courts is required.
• 3–5 years of civil litigation or insurance defense experience preferred.
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced litigation environment.
• Attention to detail and critical thinking capabilities.
