Job summary

IntoGREAT Solutions is hiring an Insurance Data Administrator to join our remote team. You will work with project teams and NZ/AU broker networks to ensure accurate client and policy data entry into the Broker Management System and support data migration efforts.

You will analyze data, define report formats, build dashboards, and maintain data dictionaries. The role requires experience in data processing and insurance knowledge, with strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data processing, migration or similar roles.
• Experience in Insurance Policy preparation.
• Experience in data management, extraction and database maintenance.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Proficient in all MS Office products.
• Knowledge of general insurance (AU/NZ).
• Working knowledge of Insurance Broking Systems.
• Experience in system maintenance and administration (e.g., user setup, credential updates).

Responsibilities

• Extracts, validates, and analyzes data.
• Defines the scope and format of reports and prepares them.
• Collaborates on data migration processes and metrics.
• Operates business intelligence software as required.
• Works with client teams to optimize data design and usage.
• Prepare environmental and procedural documentation.
• Create and maintain a data dictionary and update data warehouses.
• Provide insights for management to identify improvement areas.
• Develop and set up reporting dashboards for data status.
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements and reporting needs.
