Qualifications

• 2–4 years of insurance broking experience
• Staff familiarity with OfficeTech and WinBeat
• Ability to independently perform administration tasks like sending endorsement invoices
• Nice to have: Tier 1 certification in progress
• Nice to have: SCTP and Sunrise experience

Responsibilities

• Processing Sunrise renewal invoices and new business/endorsements in line with procedures
• Manage client service tasks: quotations, certificates of currency, information collection
• General administration: filing, answering calls, OH&S compliance, proper scanning and filing
• Participate in training programs to maintain professional development
