Job summary

You will collaborate with business and tech teams to map data, define interfaces, data dictionaries, and governance for insurance data assets, supporting data engineering and QA throughout

Qualifications

• 7+ years of total experience as a Business Analyst, with 2–3 years in core insurance domains such as policy, claims, underwriting.
• Ability to elicit, analyze, document requirements and translate them into functional specs.
• Experience with data mapping, interface specs, data dictionaries, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements and translate them into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, SMEs, data engineers, QA, and technology partners.
• Develop source-to-target mappings, data dictionaries, and interface specs for insurance data assets.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect triage, and release validation in an Agile environment.
