Qualifications

• 1–2 years of previous commercial transportation experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Organized and analytical, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Regular and punctual attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process new business submissions accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update customer files to ensure compliance with company and carrier requirements.
• Answer inbound calls and route to the appropriate team or contact.
• Enter initial quoting information into agency system(s) accurately.
• Organize and manage documentation within internal systems.
• Perform tasks to avoid errors and omissions and support essential functions.
• Participate in seminars and training to maintain required licenses and knowledge.
