Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow operations and Surety department best practices.
• Handle customer service by phone and email within authority.
• Process new business, renewals, endorsements and cancellations of policies and bonds.
• Maintain files, prepare documents, and perform mailings.
• Code and rate bonds as needed and perform data entry in department systems.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies in collaboration with accounting and agents.
• Communicate with managers, underwriters, and agents to solve issues.
