The Cincinnati Insurance Companies is seeking a Senior Corporate Billing Manager to lead strategic billing operations at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio. You will align billing priorities with corporate goals, oversee teams, and drive system enhancements and process improvements.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and monitor metrics to identify risks and opportunities while guiding large cross-functional initiatives and staffing plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with relevant professional experience.
• Significant experience leading billing operations, financial operations, or related functions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of billing systems, controls, and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for Corporate Billing aligning with goals.
• Lead, develop, and mentor leaders and associates through coaching and succession planning.
• Oversee billing operations and ensure execution of departmental objectives and controls.
• Drive enterprise-wide billing system enhancements and process improvements.
• Partner with IT and stakeholders to set priorities and implement solutions.
• Act as primary liaison between Corporate Billing, business units, and vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure service excellence and accountability.
• Analyze metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
