Job summary

Ryder Rosacker McCue & Huston Insurance Agency in Grand Island, Nebraska is hiring for a full-time customer service position in our commercial insurance department. You will support our sales staff and service business customers, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing service and support to foster strong relationships with customers and maintain high client retention
• Submit and follow up on customer requests
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to ensure timely resolution
• Review policies and related documents for accuracy
• Process policy changes and prepare invoices
• Maintain accurate customer database
