Job summary

State Farm agent team member in Panorama City, CA, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team in a full-time capacity. You will help customers with insurance products and services while delivering exceptional service and growing with the agency.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries about options, policy changes, and billing, and educating customers using a needs-based approach. Licensing requirements include Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses.

Qualifications
