Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment (retail, hospitality, insurance, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to guide customers to resolution.
• Basic arithmetic, percentages, averages.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer interactions regarding billing, policy coverage, and policy changes across channels (phone, email, e-form, chat, social).
• Own requests and provide thorough service for customer satisfaction.
• Review situations to ensure appropriate decisions and risks are managed.
• Support peer development via information sharing.
• Learn and apply process-improvement concepts in daily work.
• Participate in required training and development opportunities.
