Qualifications

• Customer-driven solutions experience in a service setting.
• Basic arithmetic knowledge (averaging, percentages).
• Experience in a customer service environment (call center, retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Ability to take the lead and guide customers to resolution.
• If unlicensed, provide proof of successful pre-licensing course completion.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer interactions regarding billing, policy coverage, and policy changes via multiple channels.
• Owns requests and provides thorough service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Reviews situations to ensure decisions are appropriate for customer and organization.
• Assists with peer development through information and knowledge sharing.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and recommends changes.
• Attends required training and development opportunities.
