American Family Insurance is seeking a customer support representative to assist insureds, clients, advisors and agencies. You will continually develop knowledge to provide expected support and monitor key performance indicators while upholding company values.

You will respond to billing and policy questions across multiple channels, take ownership of requests, and guide customers toward resolution. The role offers hourly pay between $25.00 and $31.88 with relocation support for eligible

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-driven solutions or service.
• Basic math skills (arithmetic, percentages).
• Experience in a customer service environment (face-to-face, call center, retail, hospitality).
• Ability to lead customers to resolution.
• If unlicensed, provide proof of pre-licensing course for resident state.

Responsibilities

• Respond to billing, policy questions via phone, email, e-form, chat, and social media.
