The Juris Agency in Lacey, WA is seeking an Internal Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a full-time, in-office role. Entry-level candidates are preferred, with training provided to obtain a Washington P&C license.

You will support clients with policy changes, onboarding, and lead follow-up to schedule consultations with agents. Base pay is combined with incentives, with licensing support and opportunities for growth in the local community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain Washington State Property and Casualty (P&C) license with company support for training/testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for digital and phone interactions.
• Basic proficiency with standard office software and willingness to learn Farmers systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to helping local community.

Responsibilities

• Client Servicing: Answer inbound calls and emails regarding policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims.
• New Business Onboarding: Assist incoming clients with application completion, documentation gathering, and initial account setup.
• Lead Response: Follow up with online leads to provide information and schedule consultations with agents.
• Agency Promotion: Cross-sell and upsell Farmers insurance products to maximize client coverage.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

No prior insurance experience required. Financial experience and or insurance a plus.

Willingness to obtain a Washington State Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license. We will support your license training/testing.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective digital and phone interaction.

Basic proficiency with standard office software and a willingness to learn Farmers systems.

Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping people in the local community.

Base/Incentives: $40,000 – $60,000+ annually.

Location: Lacey, WA (100% In-Office) in the Hogum Bay development area.

Commissions for successful cross-selling. Gateway to moving into sales and uncapped earning potential.
