Soutsakhone Soukphaly-Farmers Insurance Agency in Washington is seeking an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative. The role focuses on developing insurance quotes, presenting solutions to clients, and confidently closing sales.

You will make high-volume outbound calls, follow up relentlessly with leads, and stay current on new products and services. Training and licensing support are provided to help you start your insurance career.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, overcome objections, and confidently close sales.
• Make high-volume outbound calls and consistently follow up with leads.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Manage your pipeline and build client relationships that drive referrals.
• Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Attend training and continuing education courses.

As a Farmers Insurance Entry Level Representative, you'll make high-volume outbound calls, follow up relentlessly, create opportunities, and close business.

Already licensed? Great. Not licensed yet? That's okay—we help the right candidates through the licensing process so you can start building your insurance career.

Prior to hiring, we will do the following at our expense:

1. Cover the cost of your Pre-Licensing Education.
2. Cover the cost of your Eligibility Requirements upon passing.
3. Cover the cost of your Insurance Exam upon passing.
4. Provide a $500 completion bonus for successfully completing the above within 28 days of beginning.
5. Launch you into your choice of multiple Career Opportunities available between Olympia and Seattle.
