Reagle & Padden, Inc. in Parkersburg, WV is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to be the friendly, knowledgeable first contact for clients navigating policies and coverage.

You will manage policy renewals, endorsements, and routine changes, coordinate with carriers, maintain client records, and support the team during peak periods to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Property and Casualty license in West Virginia or Ohio.
• Minimum of two years experience working in an insurance agency setting.
• Experience with agency management systems.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering questions with kindness and clarity.
• Manage policy renewals, process endorsements, and handle routine changes to existing accounts.
• Communicate with insurance carriers to request policy adjustments or clarify coverage terms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records for every client file.
• Support the wider office team by providing administrative assistance during peak times.
• Identify gaps in coverage and suggest appropriate solutions to ensure clients are well-protected.
