Job summary

Insurance Protection Solutions, INC. seeks an Insurance Customer Service Representative to support clients with renewals, policy changes, and service requests. You will conduct coverage reviews, identify cross-sell opportunities, and maintain accurate client records in a supportive team environment.

The role offers a base salary of $35,000 with a Monday–Friday schedule, PTO from day one, and a range of benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and licensing assistance.

Qualifications

Willingness to obtain insurance licensing with agency support.
Strong communication skills with a calm, professional demeanor.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Analytical mindset to understand coverage needs.
Comfort supporting sales conversations and cross-selling when appropriate.
Prior insurance experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support for service requests and policy questions.
Conduct coverage reviews and basic risk assessments for existing clients.
Identify and support cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the client base.
Manage policy changes, endorsements, and documentation.
Consult with clients to explain coverage options and next steps clearly.
Maintain organized and compliant client records.
